**The FocusAgent
software must be able to receive regular updates in order to
assist compliance with ever changing federal regulations.
The application must have internet access through company
firewall and/or through AntiVirus or local firewall.
Companies with highly restrictive security may contact your
CTI representative for a list of specific site IP's to be
allowed.
Windows .net client version 3.5 or higher is required to run
FocusAgent. It is a free download. Please click
